American baseball writer
Mychael Urban was a San Francisco native and longtime Bay Area sportswriter, radio and TV personality. Known best for his multimedia coverage and analysis of the San Francisco Giants, Oakland A's and Major League Baseball, he also covered the NBA's Golden State Warriors, the NFL's San Francisco 49ers and the NHL's San Jose Sharks.

Mychael was a graduate of the University of San Francisco, where he majored in Communications with a Journalism emphasis and was a left-handed pitcher for the Dons’ NCAA Division I baseball team, earning a spot on the All-West Coast Conference Scholar-Athlete list of honors.
