Kempffiana es una revista de divulgación científica online, creada el año por el Museo de Historia Natural Noel Kempff Mercado, su principal objetivo.

Noel Kempff was a Bolivian biologist, nature lover and conservationist after whom the Noel Kempff Mercado National Park is also named. The museum is currently administered by the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University.

This museum, though small, contains an interesting collection of minerals and gems including the "bolivianita", found only in Bolivia.

It also has a taxidermy collection of animals, birds, insects and reptiles found typically in Eastern Bolivia and our rainforests (like an enormous 6-meter anaconda that makes a trip to the museum worthwhile all by itself).
